Bob joined our team in 1999 after a 15-year career as a radio news reporter. “That work was great training for creating Caller Experience Marketing content. It taught me how to write clearly, directly and concisely for listeners.”

Bob consults with clients, creates On Hold Marketing scripts, manages programs for multi-location companies, produces content for the BusinessVoice News Network and provides On Hold Marketing voiceover.

His honors include a pair of awards from the On Hold Messaging Association: 2018’s Most Effective On Hold Marketing and a 2015 Judge’s Choice Award.
