How We Help

We’ve been providing On Hold Marketing services for The Montecito since 2013.

Caley Dennis is the Creative Consultant who writes the copy. She lived in Santa Fe for ten years, so she understands the area’s unique feel.

“Late summer into fall is a special time in Santa Fe,” said Caley. “I had a note on my desk for more than six months with ideas to work into the copy during this time frame – the light, the smells, the local traditions. I wanted to incorporate those details in a way that complements The Montecito’s atmosphere and amenities.”

She added, “I really enjoy working on this copy.” And we love how she describes life at the community, painting vivid pictures with her words. Here are a few examples.

“A gentle outdoor walk can become a mindful practice that quiets your thoughts and reconnects you to nature. Take time to notice the details, like the woody smell of juniper, the soft rustle of piñon branches and the shifting colors of the high-desert sky.”

“There’s something special about the light here in New Mexico. Visitors to our state often remark on how soft, clear and luminous it is – more so than anywhere else. It’s this distinctive glow that captivated Georgia O’Keeffe and countless other artists. At The Montecito, our homes are thoughtfully crafted with panoramic windows and integrated outdoor spaces, so residents can soak up this inspiring light.”

“Zozobra is Santa Fe’s annual tradition of letting go of past worries by burning Old Man Gloom, symbolically welcoming brighter days ahead. At The Montecito, our own special Zozobra-inspired fiesta is just one highlight of our vibrant social calendar. We’d love for you to join us. Ask what’s coming up next.”
