Our Client

Located just west of Michigan’s thumb, McCoy Heating and Cooling has been serving Bay City and the surrounding communities for a very long time – since 1922.

The company provides products and services related to heating, air conditioning, boilers, fireplaces and air quality. And judging by their Google reviews, McCoy’s customers are very happy.

What We Do

Our relationship with the McCoy team dates to 2003. We provide them with two On Hold Marketing updates per year – at the start of spring and just before autumn.

Creative Consultant Caley Dennis writes practical information for their callers on hold. For instance:
