They started using Humor On Hold in 2020 at the suggestion of Creative Consultant Cassandra Evans. “My contact Jen Backus told me that Downey has relatively long hold times and that callers were actually complaining about the waits. So, we upgraded their program from four-minute to eight-minute productions and switched to Humor On Hold.”
