Our Client

Founded in 1889, The Toledo Club is known as one of the finest city clubs in the nation. The private facility hosts business meetings, lunches and dinners, holiday parties and many other events. The beautiful historic building is in Toledo’s UpTown district.

What We Provide

We’ve been creating The Toledo Club’s On Hold Marketing since 2004, and that content does double duty. The voiceover is also paired with an on-site music source and played throughout the club as Point-Of-Purchase Audio. “So, the written content requires a balance,” said the writer Cassandra Evans. “It needs to provide helpful information for callers and visitors, but it also has to set a nice tone for the environment.”
