“I firmly believe that a good caller experience can change your customers’ outlook on your company,” said Josh. “No one wants to be placed on hold, but if you provide helpful, interesting or funny content for your callers, you can make holding valuable and improve how they feel about you.”
Josh earned his Associate of Applied Science / Music Business Technology degree from Owens Community College and joined our team in the summer of 2021.
His work includes recording voice talent, plus mixing and formatting On Hold Marketing productions. He also helps with Caller Experience monitoring to ensure that our clients are delivering optimal customer care.
In his spare time, Josh plays guitar and harbors dreams of becoming a stand-up comedian.
