About Our Client

TNBANK is a commercial bank with five locations in East Tennessee. The team focuses on the unique needs and opportunities of the communities they serve. According to the company’s website, their number of locations and types of services have grown beyond their founders’ vision, but their original reason for being is still firmly in place: “We are local bankers doing business with our neighbors.”

The Writer’s Perspective

We’ve been providing On Hold Marketing services to all TNBANK locations since 2019. These days, Creative Consultant Andrew Fillmore writes the copy.

“For this production, I focused on TNBANK’s philosophy of providing real solutions for real problems that everyday people face,” said Andrew. “I wrote about the stress that can come with holiday spending, how house hunters can’t always find the home they’re looking for and how people can struggle to save for their dream vacation. TNBANK provides solutions for these common problems that people frequently have.”

Andrew added that TNBANK “does more than just provide financial services. They help people and their families take each new and exciting step through life.”
