Gold Rush Express Delivery has been a BusinessVoice client since 2016, and Creative Consultant Daniel DiManna says, “they’ve always been very appreciative of our humorous approach to their copy.”

Gold Rush General Manager Rachelle Dicker is our main contact. “She and I workshopped the copy together, bouncing ideas off each other and fine-tuning each message,” said Daniel. “Our goal was to find a balance between communicating the value of Gold Rush’s services and entertaining callers with the absurd style of their Humor On Hold. It was an exciting and creatively fulfilling process, and Rachelle was very pleased with the result.”

Daniel added, “She reiterated during our conversation that Gold Rush callers love their On Hold Marketing and often ask to be put back on hold to hear the remainder of the messages. That’s a nice reminder of the value that laughter can bring to a brand.”

What They Do

Gold Rush provides brokered delivery service to customers throughout San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose and Monterey Bay. The family-owned and operated company opened for business in 1987.
