Our Client

Located in Manchester, Connecticut, Dixie Restoration Depot is an automotive parts distributor that specializes in rear under-seat floor pans, door glass blow-out clips and all the other parts you’d ever need for your 1968-1988 Chevelle, El Camino and Monte Carlo.

And we wouldn’t be able to live with ourselves if we forgot to mention that our Dixie pals are located right next door to Stumpy’s Hatchet House, the tri-state area’s preferred spot for recreational axe throwing and beer.

What We Do

We first got together with the DRR team in 2017. Daniel DiManna now writes the copy. “The guys there are always a joy to work with,” he said. “They have a wonderfully offbeat sense of humor that’s a good match with the content we develop. My goal is to create a wacky, endearingly irreverent experience for their callers.”

Daniel took on additional creative responsibilities for this production as well, choosing the sound effects and music tracks. He also added a few chunks of voiceover and directed the post-production session. “The entire process was incredibly fun and fulfilling! And I love that our client enjoyed it.” They wrote, “Y’all did a nice job!”

By the way, in March of 2024, Dixie left this Google review for us: “Highly recommend their ‘Humor On Hold.’ Our customers love it!”
