Your BusinessVoice Account Manager or Account Executive will lead you through that discovery process. Our Chief Creative Officer may be involved as well. Then, we'll present a plan that focuses on meeting the specific marketing needs of each of your locations.

While we’re coordinating the installation of any equipment, your BusinessVoice Creative Consultant will contact you to discuss your On Hold Marketing content. (Look for more details in "Our Creative Process” to the right.)

Once you approve the copy, our voice talent and Recording Engineers get to work. Your OHM production is then sent or uploaded to each of your locations by our Fulfillment team.
