About Our Client
Marc’s began as a single drug store in 1979 and has grown to include more than 60 locations. The chain serves thousands of customers throughout Columbus and Northeast Ohio every day. Marc’s is known for lower prices, as well as its Closeouts Department with an ever-changing inventory.
We provide monthly On Hold Marketing updates to Marc’s. The copy focuses on specific departments and current specials, and reminds callers of how Marc’s can make their lives a little better whether it’s in the middle of summertime fun, the month of Christmas, and throughout the rest of the year.
The Writing Process
After receiving basic information from Marc’s Marketing Director, we write the content. Because of the monthly update schedule and other factors, we need to turn the copy quickly. We also provide Marc’s with Point-Of-Purchase Marketing. That content includes several messages that have a limited run time within the calendar month. It’s an example of how we design programs to meet our clients’ specific needs.
