The Client - NAPA Auto Parts (Our client since January 1996.)
The Real Deal program is one of the benefits that NAPA offers its B-to-B customers. It allows auto repair shops to save money on the tools, equipment and supplies they need to serve their customers. A new set of Real Deal specials is offered every quarter, and we create a corresponding On Hold Marketing production for each.
As with NAPA's bi-monthly Sales Driver productions, we take a humorous approach with the Real Deal On Hold Marketing, too. B-to-B customers know they'll find what they need when they call NAPA, so rather than focus on everything NAPA can do for them, we work to create a fun, enjoyable on hold experience.
