Chris posts the video version of each new Humor On Hold production to the Lakeland Auto and Marine Facebook page. That’s where customer Tom S. asked, “What’s a good time to call [when] you’re all busy so I [can] get put on hold? It’s frustrating to get my calls answered right away when I’m hoping to hear your latest message.”
Another customer, Tom P., emailed this message to Chris: “Your on hold message is the best! Very funny and really well done.”
After reading the copy for this production, Chris sent us this comment: “I don’t know how you do it! This is perfect! I wish I had more time to forward to you all the great feedback we get.”
