Formerly known as SunTel Services, CBTS re-branded in 2018. The company works from the earliest consulting stages through implementation to help customers develop cloud strategies, correct security vulnerabilities, develop interactive experiences and provide related services.

With so many people working from home during the quarantine, communication systems around the world have been taxed and threats of data breaches have increased. In the CBTS copy, Bob provides related information for callers to think about, from the security issues with videoconferencing, to the increased potential for cyber-attacks. He even reminds callers that their company's leaders may be more willing than ever to increase the budget for information security.
