A BusinessVoice Account Manager looks after each Key and Major client, taking care of ongoing sales concerns, while a BusinessVoice Copywriter / Program Manager handles all aspects of scripting. The President, Creative Director, and Director of Client Services also review these accounts at scheduled intervals.

Before your multi-location TeleGreeting program begins, we pay you a visit. At this hand-over meeting we’ll discuss the program roll-out, confirm post-sales responsibilities, and finalize other details.
