We design customized On Hold Messaging and other Point-Of-Entry Marketing programs to meet the specific needs of our clients. So, in addition to being talented, our Recording Engineers need to be very flexible. They use proprietary software commissioned by BusinessVoice. It’s designed to maximize efficiency while allowing plenty of room for creativity and customization. And when it comes to selecting music for each On Hold Messaging production, our Engineers consider each client’s stated preference, as well as the styles of the copy and voiceover before deciding on a piece that’s just right. Quality ControlAnother BusinessVoice difference: we have our own production studios, so our in-house Production team and Recording Engineers are able to maintain complete quality control of all productions.
