Post-Installation Review
A BusinessVoice Client Support Representative will contact you shortly after the installation of your digital system to check that it’s working properly and that you're completely satisfied with your production and all the other elements of your program and its delivery. We’re always happy to address any questions or concerns you may have at that time.
Client Satisfaction Surveys
We’re very interested in your feedback, so we ask for it. We use mail, email and telephone surveys to solicit our clients’ opinions on just about every aspect of their On Hold Messaging program and ask for suggestions on how we can improve our service.
