Scott Greggory 

After earning a Bachelor of Arts in Communications degree, Scott spent many years as a broadcaster, working for more than a decade in radio and television as a writer, producer, and on-air performer.

Scott began his career with BusinessVoice as one of our freelance voices. His duties expanded in 1993 when he joined the copy staff, and once again in 1996 when he was promoted to the position of Creative Director. Now, along with writing and voicing, Scott oversees the copy department, and handles special creative and marketing projects.

Since he joined BusinessVoice, he’s been recognized many times for his copywriting. His past honors include:

• More than a dozen Silver Microphone Awards (National Winners and Finalists)
• Half a dozen Communicator Awards (National)
• A Merit Award for Innovative Marketing from the One Show (National)
• A regional ADDY Award (District 5)
• Many local ADDY Awards, including 2 Best of Show and 2 Judge's Choice winners
• Five Crystal Awards from Women in Communication (Toledo)
• A MarCom Gold Award
• The inaugural HOLDIE Award given by the On Hold Messaging Association

Scott wrote and performed with a local comedy group for two years, and has written and performed comedic pieces for the Advertising Club of Toledo’s ADDY Awards ceremony. He has directed a few television commercials and, in his younger days, appeared in many TV spots as a spokesman or actor. Scott continues to work as a freelance voiceover talent for WTOL-TV and other clients. He and his wife, Amy, have three children.
